You will lead property leadership teams, manage lease administration, vendor contracts, and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding company standards and budget controls.
You will drive occupancy and financial performance, prepare monthly reports, mentor staff, and coordinate with marketing. Some travel is required; HUD/loan familiarity is a plus.
