The position requires extensive engagement with customers, mills, and internal teams, and includes approximately 75% travel.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Market LeadershipLead the growth and profitability of the competitive refining, screening, and cleaning service portfolio (OEM and non‑OEM)Analyze market conditions, competitor offerings, and ANDRITZ positioning to identify growth opportunitiesDrive innovation, optimization, and service differentiation across the product lineSales & Commercial LeadershipProvide technical and commercial leadership to the sales organization (equipment and services)Support proposal development, product costing, pricing strategy, and margin optimizationPartner with Refining/Screening/Cleaning Manager, Site Managers, and Regional Managers to align commercial strategyProduct, Service & Technical DevelopmentSupport reverse engineering efforts, service sourcing, and parts development for competitive equipmentCollaborate with regional and global product teams on new service offerings, product enhancements, and R&D initiativesParticipate in service execution, system optimization, and customer site support as requiredOperational & Financial ResponsibilityInfluence production and purchasing decisions to ensure competitiveness and profitabilitySupport annual budgeting and forecasting with input from sales and management teamsContribute to long‑ and short‑term strategic planning, including sales objectives and training needsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering or minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experienceStrong technical aptitude with the ability to solve mechanical and process‑related challengesProven experience in industrial sales, service, or technical leadership rolesExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Work Environment & TravelCombination of office and/or remote home‑office workFrequent travel to mills and manufacturing facilities (~75% travel)Exposure to industrial environments including varying temperatures, noise, dust, and manufacturing equipmentAbility to wear required PPE and meet physical demands of mill environmentsAdditional InformationPrevious DUI convictions may result in inadmissibility to CanadaLegal authorization to work in the U.S. required (if applicable)ANDRITZ is an AA/EEO/Veterans/ADA Friendly EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
