Come grow with DLF!About the JobThe Regional Procurement Manager – North America is accountable for driving non-seed procurement performance across the NA region, including cost optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and alignment with business operations.
The role is strategic in nature, with a clear mandate to strengthen procurement capabilities, drive change, and establish scalable ways of working in an evolving regional setup. This requires a pragmatic, hands-on approach in the short term, combined with a clear direction for sustainable development. The position reports to the BU Head of Supply Chain and operates as an integrated part of Global Procurement, supporting the Head of Global Procurement and contributing to the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
