Organic Valley is seeking a Manager of Division Pool for the Midwest region. This outside role will lead Regional Pool Managers across the division to drive milk supply, retention, and member-owner experience with up to 25% travel to offices in Wisconsin and other sites.
We require 5+ years of leadership experience, knowledge of dairy/organic practices, strong communication, and the ability to live within the assigned region.
