Regional Organizing Director: Data-Driven Campaign Leader

The Fairness Project seeks a Regional Organizing Director to execute the coordinated campaign's statewide organizing strategy across Ohio. You will coach and support Organizers, ensuring metric-driven success and staff development, in a fast-paced environment.

Travel within Ohio is required as you build relationships with county parties and coalition partners, plan large-scale volunteer events, and help drive ambitious volunteer recruitment and voter contact goals.
