Regional Operations Manager- Transportation

Regional Operation ManagerRegional Operation Managers will direct and coordinate the management of specific offsite locations within set regions of the country and includes the management of the account managers, driver managers and all office staff.Responsibilities:Direct account managers, supervisors, and driver managers on day to day functionsReview activity on all assets assigned to each account (to include all drivers, trucks and trailers)Review and direct staff on all issues regarding safetyReview and follow-up on all directives from the director of operations for all accounts in said regionMaintain good relations with customers of accounts within said regionResponsible for all aspects of accounts in a specific region to include the day to day function of all on site staff.Requirements:10 years of logistics and/or transportation experience7 plus years in directing operations of at least $10m in revenueExperience with managing multiple client locationsExperience managing multiple direct reportsSix Sigma Greenbelt and/or Blackbelt quality experienceProficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applicationC.R.
