This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a talented group of practices, mentor strong teams, and help shape the future of the DMV region. Lead and support Practice Managers and teams across multiple sites
Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and day-to-day coaching
Build team culture, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly
Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly to all assigned locations
5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site experience required)
Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
Strong business acumencomfortable managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management
Competitive base salary starting at $85,000 + bonus potential
