We're a growing dental group hiring a Regional Director of Operations to lead our pediatric offices across the greater Charlotte area. Our offices are where kids learn the dentist can actually be fun, and we need a director who keeps that experience running smoothly at every location. Direct operations for 5+ pediatric offices, with full accountability for regional performance Lead and coach office managers, setting clear expectations and working closely with our doctors Set goals for production, scheduling, collections, and patient experience, and drive results against them Build consistent standards and processes across the region, while respecting what already works in each office 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership, ideally in dental or healthcare
Pediatric dental experience (strongly preferred)
Comfort with regular travel between offices. You don't need to live in Charlotte, but you should be within driving distance.
