Regional Office Experience Leader: Elevate Client Experience Across 4–6 Offices

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and operations, monitor performance, and drive business results while ensuring office readiness and compliance.

You’ll work hands-on to lead and develop teams, set expectations, and travel between offices to maintain in-person presence and
