Youth for Christ USA is seeking a regional Ministry Leader to oversee ministries across multiple sites in the Miami area. You will shepherd staff and volunteers, implement best practices, and collaborate with site directors to grow health and impact.
Reporting to the Ministries Director, you will shape vision, recruit and train staff, and build partnerships with churches and community leaders to expand ministry sites and deepen young people's faith.
