SECTR Partners are currently recruiting for a Regional Medical Director for a leading veterinary client. The role will provide clinical leadership, mentorship and strategical medical oversight to a portfolio of 15 veterinary hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical leadership and guidance to veterinarians and hospital medical teams across the region.
- Partner with hospital medical directors to establish clinical goals, protocols, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
- Support continuing education and professional development initiatives.
- Foster a culture in which veterinarians feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
- Support initiatives designed to improve client experience while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school.
- Active Washington State veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
- + 5 years leadership experience as a Medical Director
- Multi-site leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly among veterinary hospitals throughout Washington State.
