Regional Medical Director - Urgent & Primary Care

Carbon Health in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an Area Medical Director to own the clinical and operational performance of 10–15 clinics. You will lead Center Medical Directors, partner with operations leadership, and contribute to national clinical initiatives while continuing to practice medicine part-time.

You will drive quality of care, provider development, and patient experience, with a focus on financial performance and growth of the market within our hybrid urgent care + primary care model.
