Position Summary
As a Regional Manager – Transmission & Distribution , you will plan, monitor, and manage regional long‑term strategic projects and programs from pursuit through completion. You will secure and allocate resources, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and change, and ensure successful project delivery while driving profitability across the region.
This position provides leadership for regional operations, project teams, and field personnel while supporting business development, customer relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to influence teams, customers, and stakeholders across a geographically dispersed region.
