KeyFunctions:
- Manageday-to-dayoperationsforprojectswithinanassignedgeographicregion.
- CoordinatewithProjectManagersandfieldpersonneltoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,onschedule,andwithinbudget.
- Manageprojectschedules,staffinglevels,equipmentutilization,andresourceallocation.
- Reviewprojectbudgets,forecasts,changeorders,andcost-to-completereporting.
- Coordinatewithcustomers,subcontractors,andinternaldepartmentstosupportprojectexecution.
- Ensureallprojectdocumentation,reporting,andERPdataismaintainedaccurately.
- Identifyprojectrisksandimplementcorrectiveactionsasnecessary.
- Ensurecompliancewithallsafety,quality,contractual,andregulatoryrequirements.
- Provideleadershipandsupporttoprojectmanagementandfieldoperationspersonnel.
DesiredQualifications:
- 10+years’experienceinutilityconstructionwithexperienceworkingonoverheadandundergroundelectricutilitydistributionandtransmissionsystems.
- Bachelor'sdegreeinConstructionManagement,ElectricalEngineering,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
- Experiencemanagingmultipleprojectsandoperationalteams.
- Strongunderstandingofprojectmanagement,scheduling,budgeting,andresourceplanning.
- ExperiencewithERPmanagementandreportingsystems.
- ProficientintheuseofMicrosoftOfficeandstandardcomputerapplications.
- Displayahighlevelofinitiative,effort,andcommitmenttowardscompletingassignmentsinatimelymanner.
- Effectivecommunicationskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills,andastrongworkethic.
- Travelrequiredbasedonoperationalclientandbusinessneeds.
