Regional Manager of PartnershipsLocation: Lewiston, Maine (Southern Maine coverage) | Full-Time, ExemptAndwell Health Partners is seeking a Regional Manager of Partnerships to lead growth and strengthen healthcare partnerships across an assigned Maine market.In this role, you’ll build relationships with hospitals, physician groups, senior living communities, payers, and other referral partners while developing strategies that expand access to Andwell’s home health, hospice, behavioral health, palliative, and care management services.What You’ll DoLead and support Provider Relations and clinical consultants in your regionDevelop strategic referral partnerships and growth plansAnalyze market trends, referral volume, and competitor activityCollaborate with clinical, operations, intake, and marketing teamsRepresent Andwell at community and healthcare eventsTrack performance and partnerships using Salesforce CRMHelp achieve regional growth, referral, and service-line goalsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Associate degree plus relevant healthcare sales experience3+ years of healthcare business development, sales, or partnership experienceStrong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsKnowledge of Maine’s healthcare landscape preferredExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM toolsAbility to travel throughout the assigned marketIf you’re a relationship-driven healthcare professional who enjoys building partnerships and making a meaningful difference in the community, we’d love to hear from you.Join Andwell and help us make belonging matter.#INDHP
