Our client is seeking a Regional Manager ready to take their healthcare career beyond the bedside and into multi-site leadership. Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 DOE + bonus potential
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee operations and performance across multiple urgent care clinics.
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance.
- Monitor budgets, medical supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Resolve daily challenges and maintain an exceptional patient experience.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- RN with management experience, CRNP/PA with leadership potential, or a master's degree/healthcare administration/multi-site management background.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Available to support clinic operations during operating hours, seven days a week.
