- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders

- Analyze regional performance metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Compassionate approach to team development and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience working within DODD-regulated programs or developmental disabilities services
- Proven leadership or management experience in a human services or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Ohio DODD rules, regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region regularly
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
