SECTR Partners are supporting a growing DSO in their search for a Regional Manager in Houston. The Regional Manager is responsible for the operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success of a portfolio of dental practices throughout Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Houston region.
- Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, cancellations, staffing, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
- Reinforce a culture where patients are treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
Requirements:
- +3 years multi-site experience within healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L performance and business KPIs.
- Strong people-management and leadership-development skills.
