Giant Oil/On The Fly are seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple convenience store locations in the Evansville market. This leader will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team development while ensuring every store delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple convenience store locations.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Store Managers.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labor, inventory, shrink, and profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, food safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve results.
- Partner with Human Resources on hiring, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
- Support new store openings, remodels, acquisitions, and special projects as needed.
- Respond quickly to operational issues and provide solutions that support both employees and customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail, convenience store, restaurant, or related management experience.
- Proven success leading multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

- Convenience store or fuel retail experience
- Food service operations
- Multi-state operations experience is a plus
