About the Role
An experienced Dental Practice Consultant will provide personalized consulting, coaching, and operational strategy both remotely and on‑site to drive growth and profitability for dental practices nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives
- Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans
- Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on‑site, as needed
- Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability
- Mentor dental teams with constructive feedback and motivational support
- Stay current on trends, tools and best practices in dental consulting
- Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and time effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Business Consultant or Dental Practice Consultant
- Strong understanding of dental office processes, practice management, and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, leadership development and interpersonal skills
- Innovative, adaptable and able to pivot on a dime
- Driven by personal and professional growth
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong leadership qualities and a team‑oriented spirit
- Must be located in Arizona, or willing to relocate
