What You'll Do

As our Regional Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each of our locations operates smoothly and delivers the high-quality food and service our customers have come to expect. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of four restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Support and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards across all locations.
• Travel Between Locations: Regularly visit each of the four restaurant locations to provide hands-on support and guidance.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for a dynamic leader with the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and the willingness to travel between four restaurant locations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple teams and locations.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Passion: A genuine love for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
