Regional Manager - Build Communities, Drive Performance (Midwest Travel)

Bender Companies in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a Midwest portfolio of value-add multifamily properties. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and capital projects while driving operational excellence and exceptional resident service.

You will recruit and develop Community Managers, review financial performance, and partner with lenders and acquisitions during due diligence. Will travel 3–4 days per week to sites across the portfolio.
