We are a respected network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across Massachusetts, committed to providing high-quality care and maintaining safe, comfortable environments for our residents and staff.

• We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Maintenance Director to oversee multiple long-term care facilities across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing physical plant systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting facility teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all Life Safety Code regulations and state/federal requirements.
• Direct and support facility maintenance teams in preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
• Participate in and prepare facilities for state and federal surveys.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and capital improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Extensive long-term care experience in a maintenance leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of physical plant systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Well-versed in the survey process and Life Safety Code compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts.
