You must subscribe to the concept of servant leadership because in this role you will start first by doing before leading. Therefore, you will be willing to take on caregiving shifts while you help build the King County office into a thriving operation. You will start by being trained by current Caregivers as a backup for each of their Clients. Simultaneously you will be in charge of Caregiver recruitment which is our #1 priority for the King County region. You will report to and work directly with the two Co-Founders and be groomed by them for future promotion opportunities. You must be a self-starter because you will be given copious amounts of autonomy.

Once we have a strong team of Caregivers through your recruitment efforts, we will work with you to increase our customer base through marketing and sales. This is where the fun starts and the opportunities for career growth really open up. Once you've succeeded at Caregiver recruitment and growing the number of service hours we provide, you can start to determine what you most prefer to do. You will oversee general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing or recruitment or take on something entirely new that fits your skillset.
