Senior Structures Project Manager/Team LeadRanked the #4 Large Employer to Work for in America and residing in the Top 400 on Engineering News Record (ENR)'s List of Top Design Firms in the nation, TPD is currently hiring a Senior Structures Project Manager/Team Lead to work out of our Pittsburgh or Harrisburg office.Our ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as Project Manager for highway structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.)Manage and serve as mentor to Structures Design Department staffPrepare workload and budget projectionsPerform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society eventsReview Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategiesPrepare Statements of Interest, Technical Proposals, and Price ProposalsManage project schedules and budgetsConduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance Reviews.Job requirements:15+ years of experiencePennsylvania PE License requiredPrevious experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projectsExperience working on municipal, county, and city projects is a bonusServed as a Project Manager or Highway Task LeaderWilling to attend marketing eventsStrong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteValid Driver's License.Don't meet every qualification or skill in the description?
