Regional Innovation Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Innovation Hub strategy
• Translate global direction into a scalable operating model
• Coordinate Innovation Hub and project engineering activities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong internal and external partnerships
• Optimize resource utilization across regional and global teams
• Operate effectively in a matrixed environment

Requirements

• 7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
• Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments
• Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct leadership and leading through influence
• Ability to operate and deliver in complex, matrixed organizations
• Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
• Willingness to travel regionally (~30–50%)
