MedStar Health is seeking nurses to join the Critical Care Regional Float Pool (Internal Resource Pool). RN with ICU experience can float to ICU and IMC units across at least three MedStar hospitals, including MedStar Franklin Square, Good Samaritan, Harbor, Montgomery, and Union Memorial.
Position offers a base pay of $50/hour, with hourly scheduling incentive and charge/preceptor pay. Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule, including weekend or night shifts and one holiday.
