Avenue5 is seeking an affordable regional manager to oversee operations of multiple low-income housing tax credit properties. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage leasing, delinquency, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting in partnership with the property leadership team.
The role requires 5–10 years in property management, direct leadership experience, and proficiency with Yardi or similar PM systems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; state licensing and HUD knowledge are a plus.
