The Regional General Manager is responsible for providing overall direction and management to the operation and administrative aspects of multiple branch offices. They will also help drive sales, productivity, P&L, and budget management to ensure business profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction and management to multiple branch offices.
- Drive sales and productivity while managing P&L and budgets.
- Lead, guide and support branch personnel—allocating work, training, promoting and enforcing internal procedures and controls.
- Manage daily financial activities, including budget preparation and control, purchasing, and business planning.
- Drive branch sales, productivity, and cost containment activities.
- Develop and manage branch operations based on P&L and budget.
- Manage branch inventory and control assets.
- Monitor key metrics and provide guidance to department managers to achieve desired results.
- Ensure consistency in all levels of service activities and installations.
- Coordinate communication between branch office and corporate operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
- Develop and drive a culture of performance management and accountability.
- Contribute to improving process workflows and maintaining system administration.
- Stay abreast of technological advances and identify areas for organizational use.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field (MBA or Master’s Degree preferred).
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, Continuous Improvement preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of management experience in a diverse operation with multiple business units—preferably in the Audio‑Visual or Construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple branches/offices.
- Knowledge and experience with construction or project management theory and practices preferred.
- Familiarity with AV or other electro‑mechanical systems a plus.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations.
- Experience recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing an installation workforce.
- Experience in business/strategic planning and execution, including diligence, acquisition, and integration a plus.
Direct Reports
This position can have up to 5–10 direct reports.
Work Hours
