The business has a team-oriented culture and is focused on consistent execution, accountability, and long-term growth.Position OverviewThe Regional General Manager will oversee operations across multiple locations and be responsible for people leadership, business performance, operational consistency, and growth. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can balance day-to-day execution with broader regional strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee regional business operations.Lead and develop managers and frontline teams.Support team culture and operational consistency.Manage financial and operational performance metrics.Drive accountability across the organization.Support growth and integration efforts.Partner with leadership on strategy and execution.QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong business judgment, operational discipline, and experience leading field-based teams.
