Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, direct nursing care within a varied healthcare setting, adhering strictly to the organization's established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized patient care plans. Accurately record and communicate the patient's condition as necessary.
• Function as the central coordinator for all care disciplines to ensure seamless and well‑integrated patient care.
• Promptly document and execute all physician and nursing orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and strategically coordinate all aspects of the patient's care requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained before hiring date or job transfer date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
