This individual contributor role serves as a strategic finance partner to executive and operational leadership, providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision support across a portfolio of locations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of financial analysis, operational analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience
- Experience working with large and complex data sets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Experience supporting executive, operational, or business leadership teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
