Regional Director of Finance | Washington
$170K–$185K + Bonus
We are recruiting a Regional Director of Finance for a highly regarded, multi-location organization based in Washington.
This is a senior financial leadership role supporting multiple operating locations in a fully decentralized environment. Significant experience working within a decentralized financial structure is essential.
The Regional Director of Finance will partner closely with operational leaders and property/location finance teams to strengthen financial performance, forecasting, controls, accountability, and overall business strategy.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Multi-location financial oversight
- P&L review and performance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Supporting and challenging location-level finance leaders
- Balance sheet and cash flow oversight
- Internal controls, audit and compliance
- Capital planning and investment analysis
- Identifying financial and operational performance opportunities
- Partnering with senior operations leadership
- Developing and mentoring finance leaders
- Driving consistency and financial discipline across a decentralized organization
Ideal background:
- Significant regional, area, corporate or multi-location finance leadership experience
- Deep experience operating within a fully decentralized financial model
- Strong operational finance mindset — not solely accounting-focused
- Experience supporting multiple business units, locations or properties
- Proven ability to influence operational leaders through financial analysis and business partnership
- Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, controls and performance improvement
- Experience leading and developing finance professionals
- Hotel, resort or hospitality experience is highly valued, but not required
Candidates coming from other complex, multi-location decentralized operating environments will also be considered.
