This person will be responsible for up to 6 other installers. Their responsibilities range from ensuring everyone is on time to submitting training companions for advancement.
This position lightens the management load for the Owner or General Manager. Field Supervisors will directly report to the General Manager or Owner if the General Manager is not in place. The individuals under the Field Supervisor will report directly to the Field Supervisor. Field Supervisors are dependable leaders, buy into the company's vision, and are exemplary employees.
