Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team of Therapy Access Managers (TAMs) supporting UT PAH and ILD products; set regional vision/strategy aligned with the Patient Relations Team.
  • Review HCP engagement trends to manage request volumes and improve response efficiency; share market insights.
  • Coordinate and cross-cover HCP support requests as needed (e.g., TAM time off, complex cases, support gaps).
  • Develop and communicate compliant “rules of engagement” for interacting with HCPs and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent patient/customer/stakeholder concerns and develop compliant plans/solutions with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability and compliance via ongoing cadence discussions; identify scalable practices and resolve access barriers.
  • Support Patient Relations program escalations and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Engage sales leadership on regional trends/challenges.
  • Anticipate patient-access implications across UT products for proactive compliant education.
  • Establish and monitor performance parameters; monitor staffing projections and geographic distribution.
  • Perform field ride-alongs; provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (12+ years) or Master’s (10+ years) in relevant discipline (sciences/business/pharmacy/healthcare) with focus in reimbursement/managed care/sales-marketing or related.
  • 5+ years claims reimbursement experience including coverage/coding/billing/payment; medical policy/managed care; public/private payers; reimbursement with HCPs/ancillary staff; HUB services.
  • Deep market access and healthcare policy expertise; launch strategy execution.
  • Experience in reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, billing/coding, and payer dynamics.
  • Navigate evolving US healthcare landscape; build/develop teams; cross-functional work.
  • Highly effective communication/presentation; manage 50%+ travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading regional/local teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in therapeutic space, practice dynamics, and reimbursement/product program support needs.

Location:

Must currently reside on the East Coast.
