REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER – EASTERN PA
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a large, established North American business with a substantial industrial and distribution property portfolio. Continued growth and investment in a new facility has created an opportunity for an experienced facilities leader to take ownership of a key regional portfolio. This position is based in the Lehigh Valley, PA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead facilities operations across two major, large-scale sites, managing teams, maintenance standards, budgets, vendors and capital projects. You’ll partner closely with regional operations leaders to keep facilities safe, efficient and operating at a consistently high standard.
This is a highly visible role due to the marquee nature of this property portfolio and its standing within the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong multi-site facilities leadership experience, including experience managing tenured teams
- Industrial, logistics, distribution or similar property background an advantage. Critical facilities experience also considered
- Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance within an operations and production setting would be an advantage
