Regional Executive Director, Education Equity

PIQE is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Bakersfield regional office, reporting to the Senior Director of Statewide Operations. The role oversees staff, programs, finances, and goals, and collaborates with leadership to expand the organization’s mission.

The Executive Director will build partnerships, supervise program implementation, monitor outcomes, and ensure quality and compliance with the strategic plan.
