Regional Environment Health Safety Manager

🚨 Regional EHS Manager — Fort Lauderdale, Florida 🚨

I’m working with a leading GC seeking a Regional EHS Manager to support its growing mission-critical division.

This individual will provide regional safety leadership, support multiple project teams, and ensure consistent implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across multiple projects and locations
• Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures
• Conduct project audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Support project-specific safety planning and corrective actions
• Review site-specific safety programs and JHAs
• Coordinate employee and trade-partner safety training
• Investigate incidents and communicate findings to leadership
• Advise operations teams regarding OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations
• Mentor site-level safety professionals and field leadership

Qualifications

• Construction EHS leadership experience
• Experience supporting multiple projects or a regional operation
• Mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable EHS regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities
• Ability to work effectively with project executives, field teams, and trade partners
• CHST, CSP, GSP, or OSHA 500/510 - Relevant Certifications required
