CDM Smith is seeking a Regional Team Leader to advance our mission across Southeastern RTL locations: Tampa, Miami, Maitland, Atlanta, Boca Raton or Chattanooga. You will mentor staff, guide career paths, and ensure project quality while engaging with clients to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities include team workload coordination, utilization management, budgeting, and training on QA/QC, safety, and ethics. Some travel (10% or less) is expected.
