ALDI USA is seeking highly motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee program. Over a 44-week training period, you’ll gain hands-on experience shadowing store managers to prepare for district leadership across Central & Southern Ohio, Eastern West Virginia and Northeast Kentucky.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; yearly increases to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000. This full-time role includes daily travel and a company car to support district operations.
