Regional District Manager — 8 Footwear Stores | Travel & Bonuses

SHOE SHOW, INC., the country's largest privately held footwear retailer in business for 66 years with nearly 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced District Manager to join our team. This position is a regional role located around Monroe, LA.

You will coach your teams to focus on servicing the customer while achieving sales, organizational, and profitability goals. Requires 3-5 years of previous/current experience as a District Manager in retail to be considered.
