Known for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions, the company partners with a diverse client base that includes state agencies, municipalities, and private developers.With a strong reputation across the Southeast and a growing footprint in North Carolina, the company is positioned for continued expansion and innovation in transportation infrastructure.The company is seeking a Regional Director to lead and expand its North Carolina operations, based in Wilson, NC (just east of Raleigh). This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a business unit currently generating $20M+ in annual revenue, with a clear mandate for strategic growth.Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Regional Director will be responsible for full operational oversight, including project execution, financial performance, team leadership, and market expansion.
