Your next big leadership challenge starts here.Driveline is looking for a Regional Director to oversee high-velocity retail field operations across the Western & Intermountain West market areas, managing a team of full-time managers and hourly associates, across 15 states and 3,500+ retail locations.
This position supports all clients, vendors and retailers within the market. A customer-first focus approach to managing the business is a requirement.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Direct 20 District Managers and over 1,200 hourly merchandising associatesRetail Execution: Lead category resets, store audits, new item introductions, and promotions across all client locationsPerformance Coaching: Train district teams to meet execution goals and stay on budgetClient Relations: Build strong partnerships with major retailers and brands. A customer-first focus is a must.What We're Looking For:Experience: 7+ years of direct team management experience, retail industry strongly preferredEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
