Regional Director of Property Operations

RR Living is seeking a Director of Operations to lead regional property teams, optimize occupancy and income, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple communities. You will hire, mentor, and develop leaders, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain high standards for resident experience and property conditions.

The role requires 50–75% travel across assigned assets, strong knowledge of RealPage/OneSite, and a track record of managing multi-site portfolios with fiscal discipline.
