Regional Director of Pediatric Services & Operations

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Director of Services to drive regional operational excellence across multiple centers. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will supervise Practice Managers and Clinical Directors, shape strategies, and ensure ethical clinical practices while expanding services.

You’ll balance budgeting, staffing, and program development, leading a team focused on outcomes for children and families aligned with Bierman’s mission.
