Regional Director of Operations - Multi-Branch Home Services | Tulsa, OK

Verrus Group is retained to find a Regional Director of Operations for a fast-growing, multi-branch residential and commercial home services company based in the Tulsa, OK area.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing 8-10 branches across plumbing and HVAC, with full P&L responsibility for a $100M+ regional territory. You'll be stepping into a business with real momentum and a clear growth mandate - taking the region from ~$110M toward $120-130M+.

What you'll own:

• Full operational and financial leadership across a multi-branch, multi-trade territory
• Driving performance, accountability, and commercial discipline across branch leaders
• Building a modern, high-performing leadership culture in a region with deep local roots
• Partnering directly with senior executive leadership on regional growth strategy

What we're looking for:

• Proven multi-site P&L leadership in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a closely related trades/field-service industry
• A track record of driving growth and operational change across multiple branches or markets
• Strong commercial instincts - someone who can coach, lead, and hold branch GMs accountable
• Comfortable leading change in a region with long-tenured teams and established ways of working
