Regional Director Of OperationsThe Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of a designated region or area within the skilled nursing sector. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across multiple facilities.Key responsibilities include:Strategic planning to optimize operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals within the region.Overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and revenue management for each facility within the region. Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.

Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.Maintaining high standards of care delivery and resident satisfaction across all facilities. Implementing quality improvement initiatives and monitoring outcomes.Providing leadership and guidance to facility administrators and staff within the region. Fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development opportunities.Collaborating with other departments, including human resources, clinical services, and marketing, to support organizational objectives and enhance interdisciplinary teamwork.Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Ensuring compliance with risk management protocols and promoting a culture of safety.Evaluating facility performance metrics and developing action plans to address areas for improvement. Conducting regular site visits and performance reviews.Maintaining open communication channels with facility administrators, corporate leadership, and other stakeholders. Serving as a liaison between corporate headquarters and regional facilities.Building relationships with community stakeholders, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.

Representing the organization at industry conferences and events.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
