In this role, you'll partner with General Managers and site leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, foster strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence. You will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, helping shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and ensure both financial and service goals are achieved. This role offers the opportunity to influence multiple concepts and environments while representing the Wolfgang Puck Catering brand with clients and partners.

This position involves regular travel within the region.What You'll Do:Guide, support, and empower General Managers and their teams to deliver consistent, high-quality serviceFoster an inclusive, engaging team culture focused on growth, accountability, and collaborationSupport talent development through coaching, performance feedback, and succession planningBuild multi-unit leadership capability across your regionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levelsServe as a trusted partner and escalation point for client concerns or opportunitiesRepresent Wolfgang Puck Catering as a brand ambassador within your territoryPartner with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceededOversee all assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with operational standards and brand expectationsPromote best practices across B&I and offsite catering environmentsEnsure compliance with quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory requirements, including USDA programs where applicableMonitor and enhance service delivery, guest experience, and performance metricsOwn the financial performance (P&L) for your regionPartner with leadership to drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting accuracyIdentify opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability, and optimize cost managementBalance short- and long-term priorities when making strategic decisionsContribute to regional strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with sales and retention teams to support presentations, negotiations, and account transitionsShare insights, mitigate risks, and align on priorities with regional peersHelp shape the culture of the region alongside senior leadershipWhat We're Looking For:Experience leading multi-unit operations in foodservice, hospitality, or catering environmentsExposure to Business & Industry accounts and/or offsite catering operations is highly valuedDemonstrated success managing financial performance, including budgeting and P&L oversightExperience developing teams, coaching leaders, and building talent pipelinesStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsCollaborative and inclusive leadership styleComfortable navigating a dynamic environment and making thoughtful, timely decisionsStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trustOrganized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple prioritiesDegree in hospitality, business, or related field—or equivalent practical experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsWillingness and ability to travel regularly within the region
