Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

A leading broadband and connectivity provider is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee performance, drive growth initiatives, and elevate customer satisfaction across the Southwest region. This critical leadership role works closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key clients to achieve sales goals, enhance service delivery, and foster an exceptional customer experience. The Regional Director will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in both customer engagement and operational effectiveness through strategic oversight and alignment with company-wide resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least several years in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated success in executing strategic initiatives and consistently achieving business objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with solid strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
