The Position: We are looking for an Regional Director of Field Operations to join our team!

Education and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-locationrequired

Key Repsonbilties:

• Maintains company processes and staffingstructure
• Sets goals and pace for the region
• Maintains strong relationshipswiththesalesteam
• Leads, engages, and developsemployees
• Acts as a liaison between corporate office and branchoffices
• Hires, trains and mentors current management staff
